- At first take 2 pieces of potato and boil them.
- Peel of them and cut into small pieces and put them into a bowl.
- Then add finely chopped onion, green chilli, tamarind (imli) chatni, sweet chatney (optional), chaat masala, chili powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and mix them with potato properly.
- Transfer this potato chaat into a serving plate.
- Then spread coriander leaves into it and top with generous amount of sev.
- And now it is ready for eating.
